About the Archive

The Pivot

For the last eight years, my life was anchored in a career that recently came to an abrupt end. Losing that job was a shock, but it forced a "hard reset" that I realize now I probably needed. It gave me the space to finally return to what I’ve always truly loved: design, style, and the timeless pull of retro aesthetics.

The Passion

I’ve always had a deep passion for aesthetics, fashion, and the way clothes feel. I’ve spent years studying photography and classic art styles, and Orbital Archive is where those interests finally meet. I am drawn to the "analog" feel, the grain of 35mm film, the heavy textures of industrial gear, and the dark, moody noir of classic space opera.

The Process

I believe in being upfront: I utilize refined AI tools to help bring these visions to life. However, I don’t just "generate" images. I use my background in photography and design to architect every piece, directing the composition and obsessing over the grit, lighting, and texture until it feels like a recovered artifact rather than a digital file. It’s a hybrid process where technology meets real-world creative experience.

The Standard

Because I care about style and fashion, I’m not interested in selling thin or generic products. I’m focusing on structural, premium apparel because I want the clothing to have a physical weight that matches the art. This archive is a personal restart for me, born out of a tough transition and fueled by a lifelong love for high-end design.

Transparency & Disclosure

In the interest of being 100% real, I make use of advanced AI as a creative medium, refined by my own artistic direction and post-processing.
